Q: I cannot see dropdown lists/Dropdown lists do not work.

A: Please follow these instructions (Click Here). Make sure the user who is applying these settings have administrative privileges on your PC/Laptop.

 

Q: How do I add/remove/change notification emails when submitting a request?

A: Clicking will enable editing of email addresses. This option comes after clicking the "Route" button.
